Nenad Vasic: What makes us different is the level of real experience we bring to every client and every department. We have worked across more than 1,000 niches, and with billions of dollars in managed ad spend, we understand what works, what fails, and what actually drives growth.
A lot of agencies still rely on guesswork. We do not. We build strategies based on performance data, buyer behavior, conversion patterns, and proven systems. That allows us to move faster, reduce wasted spend, and create stronger results from the beginning. Our portfolio is not built on talk. It is built on outcomes.
Samantha Collins: Your 2024 performance numbers are impressive. You managed $1.8 billion in ad spend with an average ROAS of 6.1. How do you consistently deliver that kind of performance?
Nenad Vasic: It comes down to building the right foundation first. Whether we are working with a startup or a mature brand, we create a full marketing ecosystem around the business. That includes audience targeting, offer positioning, creative direction, media buying, funnel structure, and conversion strategy.
We also assign dedicated teams to each client, which means there is real accountability and hands-on support at every stage. One of the best examples is a client who came to us after three years of poor results and was close to shutting the business down. In just three months, from May to August 2023, we increased his monthly earnings by 640 percent while reducing ad spend by 62 percent. By October 2024, that same business reached seven figures in profit under our management.
That is what we focus on. We do not just run ads. We build systems that help businesses scale.

Samantha Collins: Fenix Network Media works with both startups and established brands. How do you adapt your approach for such different businesses?
Nenad Vasic: The key is understanding what stage the business is in and what it actually needs to grow. Startups usually need stronger foundations, clearer messaging, better funnel structure, and a realistic customer acquisition strategy. Established brands often need better optimization, improved efficiency, and a smarter way to scale profitably.
Our job is to identify the gaps and build the right ecosystem around them. The strategy is never generic. It has to fit the business, the market, and the customer journey.
We have taken the same approach with YouTube growth as well. We have managed more than 300 YouTube channels and helped many of them grow from zero to millions of subscribers. Some channels went from 55,000 to 4 million subscribers. Others grew from zero to 18 million. That kind of growth only happens when the content strategy, audience targeting, and performance metrics are aligned.
Samantha Collins: Leadership is a huge part of business growth. How do you stay focused and inspire your team?
Nenad Vasic: Focus starts with discipline. My daily routine helps me stay mentally sharp and consistent. I do 30 to 45 minutes of cardio in the morning, train five times a week, and keep investing in learning. In this business, your thinking is one of your greatest assets, so I treat it that way.
At Fenix, we operate with a strong sense of accountability and loyalty. We work closely as a team, and we care deeply about the experience each client has with us. We believe in long-term relationships, honest communication, and delivering more value than expected. That culture matters because strong performance comes from strong people.
Samantha Collins: You have built a reputation for solving difficult problems for clients. What is your approach when a business comes to you after struggling with other agencies?
Nenad Vasic: First, we bring clarity. A lot of businesses come to us frustrated because they have spent money without understanding where it went wrong. We take the time to assess the data, identify the weak points, and show them what needs to change.
Then we focus on execution. We improve the targeting, fix the inefficiencies, strengthen the offer, and rebuild the system around real business goals. The client I mentioned earlier is a perfect example. After years of disappointment, he was ready to walk away. Today, he is on a 10-year retainer with us because the business was completely turned around.
Every brand has potential. The difference is whether it has the right system behind it.
Samantha Collins: What is next for Fenix Network Media?
Nenad Vasic: Digital marketing continues to evolve, and our goal is to stay ahead of that evolution. We want to keep building long-term partnerships with brands that are serious about growth.
