Nenad Vasic: What sets us apart is the expertise we bring to each department. We’ve worked across more than 1,000 niches, and with billions of dollars in ad spend under our belt, we’ve refined our strategies to the point where there’s no trial and error—we know what works. Samantha Collins: Your achievements in 2024 are impressive—$1.8 billion in ad spend with an average ROAS of 6.1. How do you consistently deliver such outstanding results?

Nenad Vasic: It all comes down to the systems and foundations we build. Whether it’s a well-established brand or a startup, we create an ecosystem tailored to each client. This ensures we’re targeting the right people with the right offers for the fastest possible conversions.

We also have dedicated teams for every client, ensuring personalized attention and accountability. From May to August 2023, for example, we turned around a client who was ready to shut down after three years of disappointment. In just three months, we improved his monthly earnings by 640% while reducing ad spend by 62%. By October 2024, under our management, his business achieved a seven-figure profit. That’s what we strive for—unlocking potential and transforming businesses.


Samantha Collins: Fenix Network Media is known for its work with both startups and established brands. How do you manage to cater to such a wide range of clients?

Nenad Vasic: It’s about adaptability and understanding each client’s unique needs. Startups often need foundational work, while established brands may require optimization and scaling strategies. For both, we focus on creating ecosystems that deliver results.

We’ve also managed over 300 YouTube channels, growing many from zero to millions of subscribers. Some of our channels have grown from 55,000 to 4 million subscribers or even from scratch to 18 million. It’s all about setting up the right flow and meeting critical KPIs.

Nenad Vasic: As a business owner, staying focused is key. My daily routine helps me maintain clarity—I do 30–45 minutes of cardio on an empty stomach, hit the gym five times a week, and continually educate myself. My mind is the most valuable asset I bring to my clients, and I invest heavily in sharpening my skills.
